What Slow Duo is

Slow Duo is a range of dual-motor and single-motor personal massagers sold for relaxation and comfort. They are consumer wellness products. They are not a medical device, and they are not sold as one.

No medical claims

We do not claim that any Slow Duo product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease or medical condition, and we publish no claims of that kind anywhere on this site. What the pages here describe is the product itself — its materials, motor architecture, noise, water resistance and controls — not a medical outcome. If you see a claim of that sort attributed to us somewhere else, it did not come from us.

Regulatory status, and what our marks mean

The marks the range holds relate to product safety, materials and market access. They are not medical approvals, and they should not be read as such:

• CE — conformity with EU product-safety and materials directives: Low Voltage (2014/35/EU), EMC (2014/30/EU) and RoHS (2011/65/EU).
• RoHS — restricted-substance compliance, measured to IEC 62321 and reported by SGS or Bureau Veritas.
• FDA material safety — the skin-contact silicone meets the extraction requirements of 21 CFR 177.2600. This is a materials statement, not a medical clearance or an approval of the product.
• IPX5 — protection against projected water, tested to IEC 60529. It is not a rating for immersion, and no Slow Duo product is sold as waterproof to that level.

Who the range is for

Slow Duo products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. They are not intended for children, and they are not intended for use on anyone who cannot consent to it. Buyers must not market the range to minors.

Consult a professional

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, or are unsure whether a vibrating massager is appropriate for you, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before use. Do not use the product on broken, irritated or recently operated skin, and stop using it if it causes discomfort.

Safe use and batteries

Use each product only as described in its user manual. Do not use a damaged unit, do not use it while it is charging unless the manual says so, do not expose it to heat, and do not attempt to replace or modify the battery yourself. The cells are lithium-ion, so disposal must follow your local battery regulations. Keep products out of reach of children.

Images, specifications and availability

Product photography is illustrative and shot under controlled lighting, so colour and finish may differ from the goods received. Dimensions and weights are rounded. Specifications, materials, packaging and certifications may change as part of continuous improvement, and the specification sheet issued with your order confirmation is the authoritative version. Nothing on this site guarantees availability.

No price information

This site publishes no prices. Unit cost depends on the volume tier, the configuration, the packaging, the certification scope and the Incoterm, and is quoted in writing for your specific requirement.

Your market, your claims

Because this site is for the trade, the buyer is responsible for its own market: for confirming that the products and their documentation meet local import rules, for the labelling and instructions it places on its own branded goods, and for the claims it makes in its own marketing. We supply the documentation we actually hold and will support reasonable requests, but we do not approve, or take responsibility for, materials our buyers produce.
