Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity?
Wholesale MOQ starts at — units. All five models can be mixed within one order to reach it. OEM and packaging customisation carry their own minimum, which is confirmed per project.
Do you publish a price list?
No. Unit price depends on model, battery configuration, packaging, certification scope, Incoterm and volume. Tell us your market, volume and configuration and we will return a real quote within 24 hours.
Can I order a sample before committing?
Yes. Samples ship in — days, and the sample cost is credited against your first production order.
What is the lead time for a production order?
Standard lead time is — days after order confirmation and artwork approval. Peak-season orders placed before major retail dates should be confirmed earlier.
Which payment and shipping terms do you work on?
Terms are agreed per order and per market. Ex-works, FOB and CIF are all available, and we prepare carton marks, barcodes and customs documentation to your importer's specification. Payment structure is confirmed in the order contract.

How many models are in the range?
Five. Three dual-motor bodies — A0158 at 122 mm, A0171 at 137 mm and A0170 at 139 mm — and two single-motor bodies, A0183 at 135 mm and A0187 at 151 mm. All five share the same control platform, silicone specification and build standard.
What is the difference between dual-motor and single-motor models?
Dual-motor models run two independent motors, each with its own pattern and intensity, so two zones can be controlled separately. Single-motor models give you the same build standard and mode count at a sharper entry price point, with one motor driving the device.
Does the product require an app?
No. All models are controlled onboard. There is no app, no account and no pairing step — nothing for a retailer to support and no data leaving the device.
What certifications does Slow Duo hold?
Slow Duo holds —. We list only certifications we actually hold, and full certificates plus test reports are released to verified wholesale partners.
What is the warranty policy?

OEM & ODM
Can I sell Slow Duo under my own brand?
Yes. Our OEM programme covers logo, colour, packaging, manual and UI customisation on all five existing models. Structural changes — new housing, motor pairing or control layout — fall under ODM and are quoted separately, including tooling.
How long does a custom project take?
Branding on an existing model follows the standard sample timeline of — days. A new design built on our existing motor platform runs — days from concept to sample. New motor development is a separate programme with its own timeline.
Can you handle certification for my market?
We support certification for the markets we ship to, and we will tell you plainly which certificates we hold and which your market requires on top. We do not claim certifications we have not obtained.
Quality & compliance
How is the product tested before shipment?
Five stages: incoming motor screening for balance and current draw, a full discharge soak on every assembled unit, acoustic sampling of three units per batch at the 60 dB specification, runtime sampling on the same rig, and an outgoing audit of charge, mode count, button response and finish. Batch records travel with the goods.
How do you describe the product in compliance terms?
Slow Duo is positioned as a wellness device for relaxation and comfort. We do not claim it treats, cures or heals any condition, and our copy avoids medical claims so that partners can brief their own compliance teams on defensible language.
Why do some specifications show as pending?
Because a number we cannot verify is worse than an open field. Dimensions, weight, battery, runtime and noise figures are taken from the production specification sheet. Where a supplier figure is still unconfirmed, the field is marked rather than estimated.
