Privacy notice
Last updated 2026-09-11. This notice explains what Slow Duo collects when you use this website, and what we do with it.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us. This site has no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no social plugins and no third-party trackers.
- Inquiry form. The company name, contact name, business email, WhatsApp or phone number, country, business type, estimated quantity and message that you choose to submit.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.
What we do with it
We use inquiry details for one purpose: to answer your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to fulfil orders. That includes contacting you about your request, preparing quotes and samples, and keeping records of the commercial relationship.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not add you to a marketing list without a separate, explicit opt-in.
Where it is stored
Inquiry data is stored in a database hosted by Supabase. Access is restricted to our sales team. Server logs are held by our hosting provider for a limited retention period.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are retained while the commercial relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet accounting and warranty obligations. You can ask us to delete your inquiry record at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you are based, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact sales@slowduo.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage for tracking. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
