These terms govern your use of slowduo.com and every quotation, sample and order that follows from it. The site is a business-to-business resource: it is not a shop, it publishes no prices, and nothing on it is a binding offer. Effective 2026-09-12.
Who we are, and what these terms cover
This website is operated by Evokomoribi (Dongguan) Technology Co., Ltd. of Dongguan, Guangdong, China, the company behind the Slow Duo brand. These terms apply to anyone who visits the site, and to any business that requests a quotation, a sample or goods from us. Separate terms in a signed supply agreement or an order confirmation take precedence over anything on this page.
Using the site means accepting these terms
By browsing slowduo.com or sending us an inquiry, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
This is a business site
Slow Duo supplies the trade only. The site is intended for importers, distributors, retailers, subscription businesses and brand owners acting in the course of business, and it is not directed at consumers. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are authorised to act for the business you represent.
Content is information, not an offer
Product descriptions, specifications, photographs, diagrams and test data on this site are published so that a buyer can evaluate the range. They are indicative rather than exhaustive, and they are not an offer, a warranty, or a representation that a product suits a particular market or purpose. Colour reproduction varies by screen, dimensions may be rounded, and we may change specifications, materials and packaging as part of continuous improvement without notice.
Quotations and orders
Every quotation is indicative until we confirm it in writing, and it is subject to availability, to the volume and configuration actually ordered, and to the validity period stated with it. A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation. Incoterms, delivery dates, quantity tolerances, inspection rights and payment terms are those set out in that confirmation or in a signed supply agreement; where the two conflict, the signed agreement governs.
Prices and commercial terms
We publish no price list, because unit cost moves with the volume tier, the configuration, the packaging, the certification scope and the Incoterm. Every commercial term is given in writing in the quotation and the order confirmation for your specific requirement.
Intellectual property
The Slow Duo name, and the text, photography, drawings, layout and code on this site, are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download and print pages in order to evaluate a potential supply relationship. You may not otherwise copy, republish, scrape, mirror or commercially exploit them without our written permission. Tooling and designs commissioned and paid for by a buyer are governed by the applicable supply agreement, not by this page.
Acceptable use
- Do not use automated tools to harvest content, contact details or commercial terms from the site.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
- Do not submit false, misleading or third-party contact details through the inquiry form.
- Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone else's rights.
Third-party services and links
The site links to WhatsApp, operated by Meta Platforms, so that you can reach us quickly. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, not ours. The site also loads a Google Analytics tag, but only after you accept it; Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy. Our privacy notice explains that choice and how to change it. Where we link to an external site, the link is provided for convenience and does not mean we endorse or control it.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it. Maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control may interrupt service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations about the site and its content, whether express or implied. Any product warranty is the one stated in the applicable order confirmation or supply agreement, and it is given to the buyer, not to end users.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the goods to which the claim relates in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion before starting proceedings. If that fails, the courts of Dongguan, Guangdong, China have jurisdiction, unless a signed supply agreement provides otherwise.
